Jobs was talking about the App Store when he said that.
At 1.5 billion purchases, 65K Apps and 100K developers, the App Store represents the largest ecommerce opportunity on the web since Google's AdWords and AdSense.
At the same time, Apple's Web App Page shows 4067 web apps, along with an invitation to the moneymaking App Store.
